Returns the discovered availability of configured MCP servers.

Built-in catalog entries

The catalog includes built-in:tavily. Travila supplies the vendor credential for this catalog entry; you do not need your own Tavily key. defaultEnabled is a recommendation, not a setting that attaches tools to your conversation.
