Reload MCP server configuration

/api/v1/llm/mcp-reload-config

Not exposed through the public gateway. The handler is implemented and registered, but api.travila.ai has no route for it, so a call returns 404. This is an operational call rather than an application one and may stay internal.

Reloads the MCP server configuration, reconnecting to configured servers and refreshing tool discovery. Returns which servers loaded successfully and which failed.
