Get notification activity log

/api/v1/notifications/manage/get-notification-activity

Returns provider activity pages for diagnosing delivery across recipients. Provider activity can lag delivery and is not a complete authorization or business-outcome audit. Use a bounded time window to inspect failures, and keep successful recipients usable while you investigate.
