List agent profiles

POST 
/api/v1/agent-profiles/list

Returns full profile records, paginated. Disabled profiles are excluded unless include_disabled is true.

For the lightweight selection surface — id, name, description, when-to-use, keywords — use library instead; it is what the router reads and is much cheaper than a full list.
